Northview High School Welcomes You!

Northview High School is dedicated to serving a diverse community and promoting achievement and independence for all. We provide special education services to students from Hazelwood, Ferguson-Florissant, Riverview Gardens, and Jennings school districts in an effort to assist students with becoming independent and responsible citizens, maximizing their potential for a fulfilling and successful life.

Caring Educator Award Presented to SSD Staff

Three SSD educators were celebrated by the Charles E. Fleming Legacy foundation at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel on Dec. 7. The event recognized the contributions of dedicated educators from across the St. Louis metropolitan area, as well as pillars in the business community and civic champions.

St. Louis ARC Presents Bravo Award to SSD

At the Nov. 11 meeting, the Board of Education recognized members of St. Louis ARC, an organization that empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to lead better lives by providing a lifetime of high-quality services, family support and advocacy.

SSD Sets 2025-26 Tax Rate

The SSD Board of Education approved the 2025-26 tax rate of $0.8993  by a 6-0 vote at the Sept. 23 Board meeting. Calendar year 2025 is a reassessment year, and the District’s total assessed valuation (after Tax Increment Financing adjustments) increased to $33,433,320,477. This represents an average increase of 11.08% across residential, commercial, agricultural, and personal property. New construction contributed $252.6 million in additional assessed valuation.
